💚💚Strengthen your core with this “hands-free” PLANK work!🫣🔥
👉🏼 On to the plank workout… (I filmed this while I was on a trip to Cancun several weeks ago- I’ve been excited to share it with you!)
⏱️ Set a timer for 30 seconds work followed by 15 seconds recovery. Rest for 60 seconds after the last exercise and repeat for a total of 3 sets.
✅here’s the secret…for (weight lose)
Stop focusing on losing 100 pounds.
Start focusing on losing 1 pound.
Set SMALL goals because when you hit them you’ll feel success and feeling repeated over and over again is going to build your confidence! To the point that you will actually start to believe the big goal is possible for you.
Plus small goals will make the time go by much faster.
