Here are some highlights:

✨ Hosted by Tola — a brilliantly organised event and a great opportunity to have our information stall
🤝 Powerful conversations about giving home care providers a stronger voice
🌿 Met May, Macmillan Personalised Cancer Care Lead at North Middlesex Hospital — looking forward to meeting soon to explore how we can support patients and families
💬 Connected with Rumit Shah, who supports a diabetes group — excited to attend a session and potentially deliver a talk on home care
💪 Met Simon Dahl from Onco Move, providing community-based exercise support for people living with and beyond cancer — and we even got to try some fun exercise tasters!

Moments like these remind me how important collaboration is in supporting people to live well and independently at home.
