Schedule:

Each week we will drop into a sharing circle to connect with the other souls in the space & to openly work through anything that might be arising for you. There will also be opportunities to share at the end of every workshop. I will be creating a community WhatsApp group for everyone to connect and have a safe space to drop into between workshops. There will also be replays for those who can’t join live & you will have lifetime access to these so you can go back over some of the warmups and activations. Our last call together is an integration & expression session which is 4 weeks after the last workshop.
