Today is the 31st of January.
It’s the day before the 1st of February.
Why am I mentioning the obvious?
On the 1st of February of 2022, I joined a steps challenge called Future Steps by the Prince’s Trust.
I had to walk at least 10 thousand steps a day for the whole of February.
Nothing hard you may think.
Now. I am 5’4 (164cm) and I weighted 116.5kg.
For this challenge I started walking near home but outdoors, through fields.
This walking sparked a change on my energy levels, which changed the way I ate, which changed my mindset, which changed how I rested. In all together it changed my life.
It was/is not a race. But a marathon for my health. It’s a marathon to be healthy and as fit as I can be for my “older” days.
Take care of your body and your mind. 🙏🏻
As of today morning I weight 75.4KG and going 💪🏻.
And yes I signed up for the Future Steps challenge starting tomorrow. Wouldn’t you?
