Meditate in Woolwich We offer regular meditation classes in the heart of Woolwich, London. Everybody is
welcome!

We teach special methods from modern Kadampa Buddhism to overcome negativity and cultivate deep inner peace. Meditation classes take place from 7pm to 8.15pm on Tuesdays at The Woolwich College They include special meditations and practices, taught by Buddha, to solve our daily problems and make our minds peaceful.

🙏 Learn how Buddha's special teachings can help you overcome anger, frustration, overthinking and habitual negativity.
🧘🏼‍♂️ Learn the positive thinking techniques you need to help solve your daily problems, such as worry and stress, and learn how to remain calm even when things go wrong.
📿 Maintain a positive perspective, feel happier about yourself and your life.
🧘🏾‍♀️ Improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

We meditate on chairs and no special equipment is needed.
