Cordyceps = Zombie fungus? Only in sci-fi. 🧟‍♂️🍄

Real Cordyceps is something we eat, not the other way round. Though the wild variety does feed on insects to create a fruiting body, lab grown supplements are generally vegan (check the label), which means they've been grown on grains or algae (I prefer the latter) - so make sure to look at the concentration of active compounds and if it contains gluten.

The most potent Cordyceps was likely grown in a liquid bioreactor without the use of grains. It supports stamina, immunity, and adrenal resilience: no horror plot here.

It doesn’t always show up as full burnout; often it’s the subtle signs: impatience, snapping at loved ones, constant tired-but-wired nights, living on caffeine or energy smoothies just to get through.

These aren’t personality flaws or weaknesses. They’re messages from your body that you’re out of balance and your foundation of resilience needs care and repair.

Mould and culinary and medicinal/functional mushrooms are not the same. If you’re mould sensitive this doesn’t mean you can’t eat mushrooms or use mushroom digestive enzymes. 🍄❌

Moulds can be harmful (and can be present in poorly produced or stored supplements), but medicinal mushrooms like Reishi and Chaga are totally different species and can be used to help the body detox and strengthen resilience (they may even help the immune system resistence against mould).

Learn the difference between these healing medicinal/functional mushrooms (macrofungi) and moulds or mycotoxins: it matters.

Not all mushrooms are psychedelic! 🍄✨

Though psychedelic mushrooms can fall under the medicinal mushroom umbrella it's not what is generally meant my medicinal or functional mushrooms.

Functional fungi like Reishi and Lion’s Mane are non-psychoactive and deeply nourishing for the nervous system, immune function, and cognition. Let’s celebrate mushrooms as natural medicine in all their forms.

Self-awareness isn't just another buzzword, it's the fundamental skill that unlocks true personal power. When we develop the ability to observe our thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment, we gain the ultimate superpower: choice.

Most of us operate on autopilot, reacting to life's triggers based on old programming and limiting beliefs we don't even realize we have. But what if you could pause, notice what's happening within you, and consciously choose your response?

Science confirms what ancient wisdom traditions have always known—developing self-awareness:
