☀️ Get outside early (morning light resets your body clock)
☕ Keep caffeine early (avoid after 2–3pm)
😴 Nap smart (20–30 mins max, before 3pm)
🍽️ Eat lighter in the evening
📵 Wind down properly (less screens before bed)
🏃♀️ Move your body (not too late)
💡 Give it a few days: feeling tired is normal!
