Mindfulness is a wide ranging term and gaining increasing popularity. We offer evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and also Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy which each have a different focus.

This ‘Breathe Well’ programme looks at the link between how we feel, our breathing and physical symptoms. What to do to prevent or deal with breathlessness and panic and some specific ideas to practise at home.
