Healthy Pillars Facilitating the space for people to realise the interconnectedness of Mind, Body and Spirit through Education and Empowerment

The single most important thing you can do is learn how to breathe.

If you breathe incorrectly you get:
- dysregulated nervous system
- feeling stressed
-feeling anxious
-feeling overwhelmed
- poor facial structure
- foggy brain
- disconnection from yourself
- terrible sleep

So when I say just take a breath, I mean just take a breath.

Let it reconnect you to your body and your power.

Allow it to reset your nervous system which resets your mind and reconnects you to yourself.

You'll find everything you need in thag moment of reconnection.

Once you have that reconnection and regulated nervous system, you can then make the best decision on which step to make.

We are breaking it down into the most simple of things because life can and does get to be that simple if you choose it be.

Understand that you are in control, you are the captain of your ship and whether it sinks or swims is ultimately down to you.

Saturn has entered Aries. Finally.

The time has come to let go of everything that does not serve you so you can step into the person you are destined to be. If you haven't already done so, now is the perfect time to reaccess your life and what you want from it.

I'm letting go of the following:
- the bare minimum from others and myself
- my relationship with money
- my relationship with procrastination
- my playing small
- my fear of the unknown
- control

Instead I'm focusing on stepping into the following things:

- showing up for myself consistently
- being authentically me at all times
- being of service to as many people as possible
- balancing the masculine and the feminine
- acceptance, surrender and letting go.

What are you letting go of and bringing for this next chapter?

Far of failure is not the real reason you're not successful.

It's the fear of being seen.

To be seen is to be VULNERABLE.

To be vulnerable is to be given the opportunity to be hurt.

No one likes being hurt. Most people actively avoid trying to be hurt.

Why the fear of being seen? Because people are scared of what truly lies beneath the veil of their own skin. Their emotions, their trauma, their own mess and that they do not have it "together".

Fun fact = no one has it together, we're all figuring it out every step of the way, the difference between those who are successful and not comes down to how you handle it.

Heal your visibility wounds. Change your life.

Take a really good long hard look at yourself. Do mirror work. Watch what comes up within the first 5mins.

Be brave. Push through with love. Melt away the pain. Become the person you were born to be.

You've got this. And if you think you don't... Then follow me because I've got you.

This may be triggering for some people but I have to say it:Stop being invisible at work if you want to climb the ladder...

This may be triggering for some people but I have to say it:

Stop being invisible at work if you want to climb the ladder or be more noticed/get more praise

If you’re the type to think ‘my work will do the talking for me’, you are half right and I am afraid also half wrong.

I used to think like this, “oh I do such great work, been on this many projects etc, people will have to notice me, my work speaks or itself’.

Unfortunately the world today as we know it does not operate like that.

And neither does your soul.

It wants you to be seen and recognised for how great you actually are.

The only thing or person holding yourself back is.... drum roll please....

YOU.

Stop being the blocker in your life stopping you from being recognised because:

- I’m too shy
- I don’t want to be seen as arrogant
- I don’t want to be the loudest in the room
- I feel awkward celebrating my successes
- I don’t trust myself

You have always been worthy of success and receiving recognition from it.

Start allowing yourself to be seen if you want to progress in life.

The price of entry is worth the risk of being seen.

Use the following tips in the slides to start putting together your action plan, especially if you are going into PDR season and up for promotions.

No one will clap louder or cheer as strongly for you as yourself.

Take the bold leap. Do something different. Get different results.
