HAPPY NEW YEAR 🎆 🎆 🎆 .

2026 - May God through the universe and all around us be kind to us. Selah 🤲🏽🙏🙌🏽!!!

Let’s trust the God who created us with everything about us, believing that, He is indeed a good God.
And just like little children, we will go asking if we see our favorite ice cream 🍦 stand so He buys us 1.
I have learnt not to hold tall resolutions but trust God and He is yet to make a mockery of Himself. He will figure it out, He will and forever will. He keeps breaking and making records.

My biggest prayer is that I desire (E R) in life, relevant and impactful, and so He should block wasteful times out of my way and bless me with restoration for even what I saw not as waste or did see - where we wasted time, we recover a 1000 fold.
It was speed; this year is….

May we have a reason to say; OHHH GOD, GOD BLESS YOU! DEAR GOD, I’M PROUD OF WHO YOU’VE BEEN AND DONE IN MY LIFE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO.

Research says that it takes 20 minutes during eating for satiety signals to hit the brain 🧠. That is, it takes 20 minutes to feel satisfied when eating.
Please do well to spend a minimum of 20 minutes at a meal and stop rushing through your meals because it comes with lots of issues like high blood sugar levels or blood sugar spikes and can further lead to other health issues.

SIGNS OF INDIGESTION 🧑🏻‍⚕️.

Some signs to look out for include;
🌻Upper abdominal pain/discomfort
🌻Burning feeling (heartburn)
🌻Feeling uncomfortably full/Early fullness
🌻Excessive burping/gas
🌻Nausea and bringing up food/bitter fluid (acid reflux)
🌻Bloating.

Again, you need to also see a doctor when you see these symptoms;

✍️Difficulties swallowing (dysphagia)

Gut health problems are flagged by symptoms like stomach pain/cramps, bloating, changes in bowel habits (diarrhoea/constipation), urgent need to poo, mucus in stool, farting, fatigue, and sometimes blood in poo or weight loss, with common conditions including IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) like Crohn’s or Ulcerative Colitis.
