You may be overlooking a crucial nutrient:

Magnesium – is an essential mineral involved in more than 300 metabolic reactions including: energy production, bone & ATP formation, muscle & nerve conduction & cell signalling, blood glucose control, blood pressure & protein production regulation.

How to boost your magnesium levels:

* Eat magnesium-rich foods like dark leafy greens, nuts, seeds & whole grains 🥬
* Take a high-quality magnesium supplement (& make sure it is the right type – see our previous post on Magnesium) 💊

Recommended dose (per day):

* Men – up to 420mg
* Women – up to 320mg
* Children – between 130-240mg
* Infants (1-3 years old) – up to 80mg

Consider taking a nutrient deficiency test 🔎

* Ansiedad o cambios de humor
* Dificultad para dormir
* Fatiga persistente
* Espasmos/calambres musculares

* Hombres: hasta 420 mg
* Mujeres: hasta 320 mg
* Niños: entre 130 y 240 mg
* Niños pequeños (1-3 años): hasta 80 mg

Do you often experience a burning sensation in your chest or throat after meals, or when lying or bending down?

If so, then you are likely amongst the 25% of the population suffering from ‘heartburn’ caused by acid reflux or its more chronic form of GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease).

While medications like Omeprazole, Lansoprazole, and Pantoprazole (Proton Pump Inhibitors or PPIs) can offer short-term relief, prolonged reliance on these drugs does not address the root cause. In fact, suppressing stomach acid with PPIs can compromise digestive health and hinder your body’s ability to absorb essential nutrients and protect itself from pathogens.

Dive into our latest blog to find out why acid reflux occurs, the positive and negative effects of PPIs, and natural ways you can manage and prevent heartburn through nutrition and lifestyle.
