Come and join us for our very first Meet & Move event of 2026.

Guided by Rebecca, our friend and qualified sound bath practitioner, this event provides a space where you can connect with yourself and settle into deep relaxation. Whether or not you’ve experienced a sound bath before, this session will help you explore how your body responds to sound - physically and emotionally.

This is an opportunity to quietly engage with yourself - and other members of the community - in a way that’s easily accessible to everyone.‍

Come alone or with a buddy - just bring an open mind (and wear something comfy!)

Join us on 13th December at 11:30am at Jackson’s Lane Theatre for a free Sound Bath and Breathwork meet up; a soothing session designed to help you unwind, recharge, and connect with others who truly get it.

We’ll gather in London for a calming, grounding session led by Rebecca, whose sessions offer the perfect chance to take some time just for you. Afterwards, we’ll have time for a cuppa and a chat, the perfect way to lift the December chill and share some good conversation.

You can join us either in person or online this Friday 7th November for our paid focus group. This research project is for anyone living with incurable/terminal cancer in their 20s, 30s or 40s and is in partnership with Embers Charity.

📷 We’re excited to announce our new three-year partnership with Fujifilm UK & Ireland and Fujifilm Healthcare UK.

Making sure people in their 20s, 30s and 40s facing a cancer diagnosis get the support they need, when they need it is central to our mission at Trekstock Cancer Support.

And this new partnership will help us to reach more clinical staff and teams at major UK cancer centres – to support the patients they care for.

We can’t wait to work together, and capture this exciting journey!

To celebrate National Fitness Day 2025, we are teaming up with the brilliant to bring you a free online pilates class on 24th September at 6:30pm. This will be an inclusive class that you can take at your own pace and all you need is yourself and a mat (or towel/blanket) if you don’t have a mat).

If you are living with or beyond a cancer diagnosis or supporting someone through cancer, we would love to see you there.
