Trekstock We are the go-to place for trusted exercise and mental wellbeing support for people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s living with and beyond cancer. Charity No 1132421

Trekstock is a youth cancer charity. In the UK, over 140,000 people are living with the effects of cancer. We aim to support them through and beyond treatment. We work closely with the young adults we support to ensure that regardless of where they are in their own cancer journey, Trekstock can offer relevant physical, emotional and practical support.

🧘‍♀️These free sessions use gentle movement and harmonic sounds to bring you mental, emotional and physical benefits. Reduced stress and tension are important to your body as well as your mind.

This event is open to anyone in their 20s, 30s and 40s living with or beyond cancer. 

So, get comfy and get settled into one of the aerial pods - or one of the cozy floor mats if you'd prefer - before sinking into a feeling of weightlessness while you are guided through a traditional soundbath experience.

International Women's Day may have passed, but the diagnostic gap is a conversation that deserves attention every day - the fact is that women are more likely than men to need multiple GP visits before being referred for cancer testing.

If that's part of your story, we want you to know: you're not alone, and you deserved to be heard sooner.

Using art as a tool for wellness is as old as time: the physical benefits of relaxation and stress relief are just as significant as the feeling of mental & emotional wellbeing that comes with expressing yourself freely.
