At some point, we will all suffer from some form of anxiety and depression in our life. We all can have this internal critical voice that usually tells us that we are not good enough. These voices can be harsh and unkind causing us to feel distressed. Therapy can help allviate the common mental health issues such as anxiety, low mood, self esteem and much more.
