Saved a life last night in a restaurant. Lady was choking while having dinner with her family. After 2 abdominal thrusts it came out and she was ok. Learn the technique, it works!

Teaching the teachers today! In a school today to do First Aid at work and AED training! Such an important thing to learn. This school needed to use the defib for real recently so were keen to train all staff in using it.

Little Poppets has changed its name!! The First Aid Coach can offer fully certified First Aid training courses. For all your First Aid training needs. Including First Aid at work in both adults and paediatrics and AED training. As well as 2 hour courses for parents and carers in first aid.

As a paediatric nurse I am so passionate about first aid training. I believe that everyone should have this invaluable life saving skill and I want to share my knowledge and experience with everyone.
