How do you know cortisol is a problem for you?
A few of the first signs are visceral fat accumulation (belly fat), chronic fatigue (+ associated mood and energy imbalances), sleep difficulties (especially falling asleep and staying asleep), and gut issues (particularly bloating, reflux and general abdominal discomfort).
