So much has already happened in the first week of January that it almost feels like a month has passed.

But I wanted to pause and flash back to last Monday.

Seeing my first full-page article in a national newspaper was one of those quiet, grounding moments. The Daily Mail, a full page, sharing not just my work but my own relationship with alcohol, moderation, and what actually creates lasting change beneath the surface.

And while online reach is powerful, I’ll admit I’m a little old fashioned. Seeing it in print hits differently. Something about holding the page, knowing it’s there in black and white, feels extra meaningful.

It mattered because it wasn’t about extremes or labels. Just honesty, awareness, and learning to work with the mind rather than against it.

I did happen to glance at the comments on DailyMail.com… I’ll save that for another story 😂

Just took cold therapy to the next level at 111CRYO where the chamber hits a crazy -89°C and my skin temp dropped all the way to 12°C 🔥❄️!

There’s something addictive about that cold shock and the way it makes you feel after. ❤️‍🔥‍‍

I’m very intentional about what I use to support my energy and focus, especially when life and work demand a lot.

Right now I’m loving the Superoom functional mushrooms range, particularly:

🍄 Lion’s Mane – for clarity, focus and productivity. I notice the difference most on busy days when I need my brain sharp without feeling wired.

🍄 Cordyceps – for power, stamina and that steady, grounded energy that actually lasts.

What I like most is how subtle but effective they feel. No spike. No crash. Just better output, better flow, and more consistency.

This is about supporting the nervous system and brain properly, not forcing performance. When the mind is supported, everything else follows.

January is already kicking off and it’s set to be a busy one.

I’m genuinely delighted to be joining such an inspiring panel for The Luxury Edit: Health and Wellness Insights, hosted by The Luxury Network in association with Euromonitor International.

I’ll be alongside some brilliant minds, including Maila Reeves, Fflur Roberts and Matt Roberts, with the conversation hosted by Helena Warren. These are exactly the rooms I love being in right now.

What’s becoming increasingly clear is that while physical and cellular optimisation matter, they don’t truly land without mental longevity underneath them. How we think, regulate stress, and sustain emotional and cognitive resilience over time directly shapes how well the body responds to anything else we do. Without that foundation, even the best protocols struggle to reach their full potential.

This is where my focus sits, and it feels like the beginning of a much bigger conversation this year.

My 2025 vision board… brought to life.

I’m a big believer in active manifestation. Not wishful thinking, but consciously using hypnosis, visualisation and vision boarding to guide the nervous system and subconscious toward what you actually want to experience.

This year, I focused far more on personal desires than professional ones. And almost everything I placed on that board came to life, often in ways even better than I imagined.

From Glastonbury Festival VIP style, to Wimbledon Championships, Queen’s Club Championships and Royal Ascot, Oasis and a wine tour through Porto.

Add to that a deep focus on travel, away almost every other month: skiing, yachting, retreats, city breaks and finally a long-held dream trip to the Bahamas.

What this taught me is simple: when the mind is aligned, the outer world follows.

This Sunday at 8pm, I’m hosting a Hypnosis Live Reset to consciously let go of the habits, behaviours and patterns from 2025 that no longer serve you, and to prime your Reticular Activating System so your 2026 vision board doesn’t just sit there, it activates.

This year has been one of intention, depth and meaningful change, so it feels especially fitting to be included in a conversation about how we reset, realign and move forward into 2026.

They say the biggest fear most people have is public speaking. And honestly… I get it.

I wasn’t always confident speaking on panels like this. Years ago, in an old marketing agency, a senior boss made a comment that hit every one of my insecurities. It flipped a switch I didn’t know I had. Overnight, something I’d once been comfortable with became terrifying. My mind associated “being seen” with judgement, criticism, danger. Every presentation felt like a threat. My hands shook. My voice cracked. I felt like a complete wreck.

What changed everything was understanding that fear isn’t a personality trait. It’s a pattern. And patterns can be rewired.

Hypnosis played a huge role in that shift, it goes beyond surface confidence tips. It works with the subconscious, the part of the mind that stores old experiences, old meanings, and the protective responses we don’t even realise we’re running.

In my own sessions, I discovered the exact moment my mind decided public speaking meant “unsafe.” Then I reframed it, updated it, and installed a new belief: being seen is safe, my voice is strong, and I belong in the room. It completely changed how I show up - now you can’t get me off the stage!

It’s the same process I now guide clients through. Whether it’s speaking on stage, speaking up in meetings, or even speaking their truth in their own lives, once the subconscious pattern changes, the behaviour changes naturally.

Confidence isn’t something you force. It’s something you build from the inside out.

So if you’ve ever wondered why you “freeze,” shake, stumble or overthink when it’s your turn to speak… it’s not you. It’s a programme. And programmes can be rewritten.

Stepping into this week with some lovely news. I’ve officially been awarded Senior Practitioner Level with the GHR and can now add SQHP (Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice) to my name.

This means a lot to me. Not because of the letters, but because of what they represent, the years of study, the clients who’ve trusted me, and the deep belief that real change starts in the subconscious.

Every session, every breakthrough, every moment someone finally feels lighter, free or the best version of themselves that’s what drives me. And recognitions like this remind me how much I love the work I do.

Thank you to my clients, mentors and supporters who’ve been with me on this journey. There’s so much more coming.
