Yesterday, at Zulu, we chose not to post on VE Day. Instead, we took the day to quietly remember and reflect — for those who never came home, and those who returned forever changed. Our grandfathers served with honour during WWII, and without their safe return, we simply wouldn’t be here. The sacrifices made during the European campaign still echo through generations. We honour them with silence, gratitude, and remembrance.

We are looking for:

First Response Emergency Care trainers (Level 3 & 4)

Must have the following:

AET or approved equivalent
CAVA or approved equivalent
IQA (Desirable however not essential)

Up to date CPD Portfolio

Work is ad hoc currently however the goal is expansion over the coming year

We have some incredibly sad news to announce to everyone. We lost an incredible member of our team, Tamara on Sunday.

Tamara was not only a massive support to Zulu from day zero and her husband Paul, she was an extremely loved member of the team, and she will be forever missed and in our hearts. Without her support we would not be where we are today.

Tamara will always be part of not only our hearts but the Zulu family 💚

We’re in need of qualified staff to join our team on a self-employed, ad-hoc basis. We’re based predominantly in the South East but cover events across the country.

We’re looking for the following grades:

☑️ Emergency Care Assistant (FREC4 or equivalent)
☑️ Emergency Medical Technician (FREUC5 / AAP or equivalent)
☑️ HCPC Registered Paramedics

Here at Zulu Safety, we strive for excellence in all that we do!

We work hard to ensure that we provide excellent level medical care to everybody that we see whilst providing cover at events.

But how do we consistently achieve this? We believe that the foundation for being able to provide such a service is planning. We work tirelessly with event organisers from initial contact and quotation through to post event.

So how do we plan for our events?

1) We receive a cover request from an event organiser from which we establish the correct level of cover the event will require based on guidelines and recommendations from The Purple Guide.
2) in the months and weeks leading up to the event, we ensure that we have prepared the correct kit, equipment and vehicles, ensured that we have planned the correct staffing and continuously work with the event organiser to finalise any risk assessments and medical operations plans.
3) on the day of the event, we work closely with the event organiser to iron out any on the day changes, and ensure that we provide cover and staffing as agreed and outlined in the medical operations plan.
4) post event, we continue to work with the organiser to provide mutual post event feedback and analysis ensuring that we can make any changes or improvements for future events.
