Air-Yoga Air-Yoga Studio offers daily Yoga and Pilates classes. Everyone is welcome. We have wonderful friendly teachers and a lovely studio space available to all.

The studio is situated next door to South Woodford Central Line Station (opposite Switch Bar) so perfect for public transport users. During the week until 6:30pm you must park in a Pay and Display carpark or space on the viaduct. After 6:30pm free parking.

ELEVATE YOUR FLOW 💫

Saturday 30th October | 11-12.30pm

A 90-minute workshop-style practice designed to offer regular practitioners the opportunity to explore postures that perhaps can’t be accessed in open level classes.

In this next instalment our focus will be the deep hip-opening pose Surya Yantrasana or Compass Pose (pictured). This will require some deep and fluid hip work as well as side-body opening and shoulder mobility. As always, the end point of this practice will be different for all of us and modifications will be offered.

Expect a strong, but slow, methodical and alignment-driven vinyasa flow sequence accompanied by an uplifting playlist and maybe even some sweet treats!
