Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant at Rosemil Care, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized support to our clients, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and promoting independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and assist with transfers and walking.
Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
Help clients with household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not required.
Compassionate and patient demeanour with a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation preferred.
