what even is online coaching?

basically like having a PT, but instead of only seeing them for an hour a week, you can ask questions throughout the week and have basically unlimited support, your own personal cheerleader, if you will 🙌🏻

you get all the basics too - a personalised workout plan, help with diet and nutrition, how to implement healthy habits into your lifestyle, and an app to put it all in💁🏼‍♀️

I care about each and every one of my clients on an individual level, and only take a limited number at any one time so that everyone can have the best experience possible🫶🏼

BUT you get out what you put in with coaching, I will reciprocate the energy and effort you put into reaching your goals, I’m here to provide motivation and support yes, but some of it has to come from you too, you have to want to achieve your goals 💪🏼

you’re not just suddenly going to reach your goal weight and grow a giant 🍑 if you don’t put the work in

I give you all the tools, you’ve just got to trust the process👌🏻

I did this last year and it worked really well, so here we are again, bigger and better 👏🏼

✅ This is for you if you’ve been wanting to try my coaching but have been held back for whatever reason, don’t want to commit to full coaching straight away, or just want a kick start to 2023!

❌ This isn’t a diet plan or christmas detox, nor is it designed to get drastic results in the space of 4 weeks

You can choose whichever option is best for you - home or gym💪🏻 The plans will be suitable for all levels, the gym plan will include machines and free weights. The home plan will have the option to incorporate resistance bands.

This is a pay what you can offer, as I know January is a time when everyone wants to kickstart those resolutions but money can be tight, so I wanted to make this super accessible! (If you want a guide, my 6 week personalised plans are usually £60)

There will also be an option to have personalised nutrition goals and you can choose to do a weekly check in if you want some extra accountability, for no extra charge ✨

You will also have access to my library of workout classes that can compliment your plan 💪🏻

Both plans will be ready to go from the 2nd January, but the last day to sign up is the 4th. You will have access to the 4 week plan from whatever date you choose 🤩

Meet Kaya - one of my star clients ✨

She’s another example of achieving a lot in a short space of time, not just physically but mentally too. She now ENJOYS exercising and knows how and when to prioritise movement that’s going to make her feel good.

We’ve been working together since June and it’s been wonderful to see the mindset shifts along the way 💪🏼

happy monday! a new week ✨

what’s one thing you’re going to focus on this week?

too often when we think about improving ourselves or our lifestyle, we have an ‘all or nothing’ approach and think that we have to be all in for it to count or else it’s not worth it

that is BS ‼️

try adding in one small habit at a time, once you’ve got that down, move onto the next. and make it REALISTIC

can’t get 10k steps in? aim for 7k, and when that gets easy increase to 8k etc

too overwhelming to start eating 3 meals and 2 snacks every day? start by prioritising breakfast

can’t get to the gym 5 times? go once or twice. or just focus on your steps!

pick ONE thing. and go from there 💪🏼
