My journey as a Chek Practitioner has been the biggest challenge of my life, spanning six years, but every step was worth it. Despite doubters, I stayed focused and achieved my goal. 14 years later, I'm still using it to get extraordinary results for myself and my clients. 1. Bad posture.
2. Incorrect training program.
3. Doing too much.
4. Overuse injuries.
5. Incorrect training of the core.
6. No program design.
7. No assessment.
8. In balance kinesiology.

Exercise has been a huge part of my life since I was 14. I didn't know what I was doing back then, but it felt amazing, so I kept at it. 35 years later, I'm still at it and I won't stop ✋.
