My nephew asked when I’m coming back to Instagram 😊
He promised to like my posts 😂❤️
That was all the motivation I needed 😂🤗🤭

So here I am 💃✨

My little one is stepping into his second month 👶💛 and night feedings mean I get HUNGRY 😅🌙
I wanted something sweet, nourishing, full of protein, and something that actually keeps me full 🤍

✨ Meet this PERFECT protein coconut roll ✨
Soft, creamy, satisfying, and mama-approved 😋💪

🥚 You’ll need:

▫️ 4 eggs
▫️ 100 g curd cheese
▫️ Vanilla ✨
▫️ 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
▫️ 3 tbsp coconut (optional)

🥥 Filling:

▫️ 150 g curd cheese
▫️ 200 g mascarpone
▫️ 50 ml double cream
▫️ 20 g gelatine (optional)
▫️ 50 g blackcurrant jam (optional)

💯💯💯 Golden Apple & Coconut Curd Bake💯💯💯

Protein-packed apple & curd cheese pudding coming… and oh my goodness — it smells like comfort and cosy mornings all in one🤩🤩🤩

💫300g curd cheese
💫5 eggs
💫2 apples (diced on top!)
💫400ml coconut milk
💫A few spoons of protein powder

Plus vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt — that’s it!
verything (except the apples) gets blended till super smooth and creamy 🥄✨

Then poured into ramekins or glass containers — topped with those juicy diced apples 🍎 and baked at 180°C for about 25 mins🫡

No sugar is needed! While still warm, I add a little butter + honey on top and let it all melt in… melty magic, seriously 🍯🧈

🤓These are my absolute fave for work lunches, after-school snacks for the little ones, or a quiet cup of tea moment just for me ☕️

Also — glass containers with lids are LIFE! No smell transfer, just grab & go 🥰

💯💯💯 Family-Favorite Canned Meat 💯💯💯

🤩Hey, lovely people! 🌟 If you're like me, by the end of the week, deciding what to cook can feel like a challenge. But don't worry—I've got a recipe that's not only delicious but also fun for the whole family! 🍽️✨

Our family adores this recipe because it's incredibly easy and versatile. Plus, getting the little ones involved makes mealtime even more special. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Why You'll Love It:

Customizable: Let the kids prepare their own jars, adding ingredients they love. It's a fantastic way to encourage them to try new foods! 🥕🧄🧅

Nutritious: Using meat with at least 20-30% fat ensures juiciness and flavor. Remember, that's where all the goodness is! 🥩🔥

Convenient: Prepare ahead of time, and you'll have ready-to-go meals that make busy days a breeze🕒🍲

Ingredients:

Beef, pork shoulder, lamb [ your choice of meat] 1kg

Cure #1: ½ tsp (2.5g)

Salt: 1⅓ tsp (8g)

Mustard Powder: ¾ tsp (1.5g)

Black Pepper (Ground): ½ tsp (1g)

Onion Powder: ¼ tsp (0.6g)

Garlic Powder: ¼ tsp (0.6g)

Bay Leaves: 3 (one per jar)

Vegetables [optional] for quick use 5 - 7 days

Instructions:

💫Prepare the Meat: Cut the meat into 1-inch pieces. Mix with salt and Cure #1. Cover and cure in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.

💫Season: After curing, mix the meat with mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.

💫Pack the Jars: Place a bay leaf at the bottom of each sterilized jar. Pack the meat mixture into the jars, leaving appropriate headspace.

Place jars in a deep baking tray or roasting pan.

Fill the tray halfway with hot water (like a water bath).

Cook in oven for 5–6 hours at 120°C (250°F).
