Thousands of people in South East London will spend Christmas alone this year. Many more will feel isolated even when surrounded by others.

At DUT, we provide free and nominal-cost therapy, group work and workshops from our centre in Greenwich, providing vital support for people feeling overwhelmed, isolated and under pressure at this time of year.

Help someone feel less alone this Christmas. Many people in South East London will spend the season alone or feeling isolated. Your gift helps someone in our community access support when they’re feeling most alone over the festive period.

This year’s theme reminds us: even in crisis, everyone deserves care.

So be a little kinder. Offer a hand. Check in on someone—even if you barely know them.

A small act of compassion can mean the world. 💚
