YogaBeez Children's Yoga Internationally Accredited Children's Yoga Teacher Trainings blending yoga, mindfulness & education.

Our trainings incorporate yoga, mindfulness and meditation for children, music, partner poses, yoga games, anatomy & physiology, nutrition, child development, school curriculum and education, class management tips, business development and much more. Our aim is to provide fun, non-competitive yoga classes that exercise, empower and educate the WHOLE child. YogaBeez provides a 4-day Foundation Course, Full 95hr Certified training, INSET "Tools for Schools" trainings to incorporate yoga into the classroom and Healthy Living yoga days in schools.

Ganesh, the elephant headed remover of obstacles was the first of the deities I ever really connected with. I’ve been working with his energy for 27 years and he assists me daily. Happy birthday Ganesh!

Sometimes I just eat while I’m working. I know this is not at all mindful. Today I took time preparing a colourful, all food groups rainbow on my plate. I took it up onto the deck, in the sunshine and savoured each mouthful. All the flavours, all the textures, the aromas, the sounds … it was blissful and delicious. 😋
