Our trainings incorporate yoga, mindfulness and meditation for children, music, partner poses, yoga games, anatomy & physiology, nutrition, child development, school curriculum and education, class management tips, business development and much more. Yogabeez Hive Headquarters new mooring spot. Looking forward to hosting online sanghas, trainings, workshops and some in-person bits too, from this beautiful tranquil location.

As much as I love to roam, I also like to be still (within the gentle lull of the waters).
This mooring gives me both options.

Looking for some family yoga fun this week? As part of our YogaBeez training, I am running 2 free kids yoga classes. Your child can either attend on their own or you can pull up a mat and join in the fun too.

When: Thursday 9th April 4.30-5.30pm
Saturday 11th Dec 4-5pm
Where: Bullen Hall, Bennet Cl, Hampton Wick,
KT1 4AT
Children aged 4-10 yrs.

Happy Spring equinox!
Love this time of year. Blooms are out, sun is shining, new shoots emerging. Out with the old, in with the new. An excellent time to get everything in order.

What do you love most about yoga, I asked my 5-8 yr olds today?

“Savasana” was a top fav 👍👍
“Playing the chimes”
“Learning new poses”
“The circle of colourful mats”
“The snack” 😂
“The way it makes me feel”
“The moves”
“Being with you each week” 😍

Well I have to admit that being with them is also a favourite bit of my week. After 22 years in the “business” I still think teaching children’s yoga is the best “job” in the world! 🤸🏿‍♂️🤸🏿‍♂️

So grateful to have the brilliant Nicole from sharing her wisdom during our neurodiversity & SEND training day. Also the wonderful - mum to 2 neurodivergent teens sharing her experience and our dear , whose recorded presentation on inclusivity is still gold dust.
