That happened very suddenly! One morning my eyes were fine and the next, I needed reading glasses. Cant pull off a hat to safe my life but thankfully can do glasses! 🤓🔎👓

I have spent the first part of August using all my bits of random wood from many past projects to build a bike shed. Still needs bolts and locks but the woodwork is finished. If I had a far away look in clinic this month, apologies, I was fantasising about carpentry 🥰😂🙏

This weekend I was privileged to attend a three day course on the treatment of M.E., Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Long Covid by literally, the world’s most knowledgeable man. Professor Raymond Perrin is not only an Osteopath but also at the forefront of developing an understanding and publishing research into the neurobiology behind these conditions. He is also an incredibly humble, kind and patient focused human being. He is glorious.

As you may know, M.E. is an area of particular interest to me and my loved ones, so today I am incredibly proud to be able to say that I am a qualified Perrin Technique practitioner 🙏🥰🥳
