I've been away from my MoveOm Yoga page for a while now. It is truly heartwarming, that so many of you have been reaching out & inquiring about the classes. Thank you for this, it means a lot.

The crisis has a wonderful ability to point us in the right direction, if only we can listen. Once more, after a brake, I'll be part of our wonderful community at the Levelsix Yoga Studios in London.

I’m teaching my first Yoga retreat in Kent. We’ve left our London lives & arrived to this beautiful place to rejuvenate, recharge & open ourselves to the NEW. The practice has been amazing so far & I’m so happy to share it with Will Wheeler Yoga & my LEVELSIX Peckham gang, students and friends. This evening I’ll be teaching a long Yin class with some transformative Nidra practice. We will continue sinking deeper into ourselves.. before diving into delicious vege dinner, by amazing chef Woody Pike. Happy. Easy. Just right. Enough. Grounded. Journeying inwards. Connected. Exactly in the right place.
