It's been a while since I posted but I had to share this exciting update!
We finally have our very own logo! created by the talented and amazing !

Our logo is inspired by 2 symbols:
- The Ghanaian Adinkra symbol Sesa Wo Suban or Sesa Woruban. Its direct translation is ‘Change your spirit/ character’ but the Adinkra meaning is ‘Life Transformation’. It's a combination of two symbols the morning star in the centre which symbolizes a new start to the day and the wheel which represents rotation or movement.
- The universal gratitude symbol which is made up of 3 elements: The spiral - often used to symbolize powerful concepts like rebirth, the circle of life & evolution, it is often seen as a symbol for change and development. As one of the oldest symbols used in spiritual practices, it also represents accepting the constant changes that life presents us. The 3 dots - The series of 3 dots is believed to have a variety of meanings. From a grammatical perspective a series of three dots stands for taking further thought or action. Another from a mathematical persoective represents an infinite list. The beautiful thing about this meaning is that a gratitude list can be truly infinite as there is always something to be grateful for.  The Hook (Makau) - The hook resembles a Makau, which is an ancient Hawaiian symbol representing strength, energy & abundance & fits perfectly within the gratitude symbol, as gratitude helps us increase the power of our happiness, giving us emotional strength and energy.

Practising an attitude of gratitude can change your life which is why we felt the symbols went perfectly together however we wanted a nod to each symbol and something that was uniquely ours. You may notice our Sesa Wo Suban isn't enclosed in the circle this is because although we go through cycles, where we start is not where we end, the spikes are also leaves symbolising the growth on our journey. We also have 2 sets of dots 3 at the start of the spiral and 4 at the end this is because you change on your journey and add value by investing in yourself

So what do we think of the new Logos? Which is your favourite.

What are you thankful for today?

My little one and I had such a good time at watching penguins chase butterflies, chilling with the giraffes and even facing fears in the dreaded butterfly house😂
But for both of us, this tiny section won the day, it s so peaceful in the middle of the busyness.
We shared a great, memory filled, day and I'm so thankful for days like this because it really is the little things that count

Words cannot describe how Grateful I am to have this holiday and in my little ones own words "make my holiday dreams come true".
Too often we get caught up in daily life and forget to rest and recuperate
