Yesterday we held a office wellness event! 💛

We had a great time with healthy snacks and various activities designed to help everyone focus and unwind.

It was interesting to hear everyone share their personal techniques for refocusing, including breathing exercises, taking short breaks away from their desks, and engaging in creative activities like drawing and painting instead of watching TV.
