Five baseline ingredients for amazing homemade soup 🍜Olive oil 🫒Butter 🧈Onion 🧅 Celery & Bouillon
Melt 1-2tbs olive oil & 25-50g butter add 1 diced onion & 4 sticks chopped celery - sauté for few minutes in a covered saucepan
Add any vegetables of your choice to theme
Make up 1.5 litres stock with 1-2 tbs
Marigold boullion
Bring to the boil
Simmer till cooked - about 20-30 mins
Liquidise or use hand blender
Makes perfect delicious soup every time 🍜
