As experienced MSK physiotherapists we realise the importance of pelvic health, particularly at different times of a women’s life.
At Physio-Forward Ltd we are lucky to have an expert specialist pelvic health physio - who regularly meet with local mums to offer education and support on all things pelvic health during and after pregnancy.
Nilma is also an advanced menopause practitioner - which is another time in a woman’s life when pelvic education and support is importantly.

April timetable

Our classes continue to be very popular, so please call to check availability and book your space.

• Older Adult Strength & Flexibility Classes
- these are an hour long session with exercises that work on strength, functional movement and balance. Aimed at beginners and intermediate level and modifications also offered in every class.
Involves mostly standing and seat-based exercises.

•Clinical Pilates
- these hour long sessions work with modified Pilates exercises for core strength, flexibility and posture. Ideal for improving spinal pain and mobility and post menopause strengthening.
Mixed ability classes, different levels and modifications offered in every class.
Involves standing and mat work

Booking is essential as numbers are limited.
Prices:
£12 a session- pay as you go
£60 in total if you pay for the 6 week older adult exercise block in advance.

Whether we’re looking to increase our running pace or distance, keep up with regular runs each week or start couch to 5k, it’s all good for us.

Running benefits the whole body & research shows that 30 minutes running, 3 times a week, can have huge benefits on your short and long term health.

We offer a Clinical specialist in TMJ & headache who can help with symptoms.
