Adventure awaits : Yoga for little explorers

Empower your children to connect with themselves and discover their true inner self

Introducing Children's Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation classes with Mindfulness Practitioner Samantha Fitzpatrick

Each session will teach your child how to lead a more balanced life by being able to centre themselves, they will be more present in their immediate environment.

Spent a drizzly Tuesday morning making bathbombs with Orange, Lemon and Mandarin Essential Oils using organic foods you would find in your home.

By making your own beauty and household products not only will you be cutting down on plastic waste, you will also be kinder to the environment!
