Schools Outreach Day 🎓✨
On Friday, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming students from schools across the Leeds area to our Schools Outreach Day workshop!
As part of our Congress “Lift as You Climb” initiative, we wanted to give something back to our local community — and what better way than inspiring the next generation of medics?
Students enjoyed talks on getting into medical school, life as a medical student, and of course, an introduction to the fantastic world of orthopaedics. This was followed by small group Q&A sessions and hands-on practical workshops, where students got the chance to test their new skills!
A huge thank you to our amazing supporters — Stryker, RCSEd, In2Med School, and South Yorkshire Orthopaedics — for making the day such a success!
