After a long long week of work, training the leg which I injured, along with other duties, today I just hit a brick wall, went to sleep an hour, woke, felt groggy, very low mood, and stiff from the training, knew I needed to shake myself out of it, first thing came to mine Ice Bath, done 5 minutes and know I'm completely different person, feeling great, not one bit of stiffness ready for a great weekend, gonna collect my Son shortly and instead of being grumpy, tired and looking fed up after that week he's gonna see me smiling happy, and that makes me feel even more better, My temperature 🌡 is broke and reading 14 degrees constantly which is balls 😂 its saying its 4 degrees outside so it the water could be a couple degrees lower. Cold water therapy is unbelievable for your mental resilience and can change your mood in minutes, I've sped it up I done 5 minutes exactly, and forgive the cheesy music 🫡.
