Runa straddles multiple worlds bridging together expertise from the disparate fields of corporate leadership, contemporary therapy practices and ancient wisdom philosophies. As a Fire Snake, I find myself coming out of my 4th iteration of shedding and moving into new skin. Each 12-year cycle shaping me through lived experience, shedding me into my own evolution.

Cycle 1 – The Birth Activation, a formation of self between cultures and worlds. The early awareness of difference and duality across themes.

Cycle 2 – The Rebellion, the first break from initial skin. Moving with primal instinct yet unaware of the pull, with pivots that break me out of the mould.

Cycle 3 – The Construction, cultivating vocation to build a life. Driven by the desire for freedom and the requirement for survival, yet navigating inequitable systems not built for all.

Cycle 4 – The Healing, a deconstruction of acquired identities and illusions. Opening doorways of awareness for a truer reconstruction - reweaving thread by thread.

Now I move into the 5th Cycle – A renewed skin for the next 12-year cycle. It feels quieter, clearer, with the ever-present shimmer that continues to guide the way.. whilst I keep listening for the winds of direction.

Fire snake archetype serenading serpents 💃🏻🐍🔥

Energies are surging, cosmic magic is high ~ summer solstice, new moon, elemental forces, serpents ~ all in constellation, creating the perfect storm for upgrades and recalibration.

And just like the snake, the spine bends and flexes, keeping us in graceful movement. As she uncoils upwards, she awakens remembrance ~ from root to crown, to source.

~ The spine is the ascension column from within. Keep your spine strong. And keep shedding the old.

After a year long training, a couple of weddings, private unions, baby blessings, numerous healing ceremonies and always immersed in the ceremony of life ~ I've now graduated under the flowering of the full moon of scorpio - that which is deeply intuitive, emotionally attuned and transformative - and so is the art of honouring life's thresholds; as passages into new cycles with meaningful ceremony.

Healing work in the mainstream ~ Another professional shot as I step into a committee role for the European Coaching and Mentoring Council to drive up the quality and professional standards of coaching through coach supervision.

If coaching is a game changer, Super-Vision is even more so, keeping coaches ethical and on top of their skillset, whilst taking care of themselves and not unwittingly harming others.

We have seen a rise in coaches over the years, why? Because we need them. As our sense of community dissipates; modern society has lost its tradition of mentors, guides and even rites of passage - the people and processes that used to support us to navigate life, its challenges and its cycles to keep us on path and on point.

In todays society coaches can help us to grow, to evolve, and to bring clarity in safe containers.

So choose your coach well - and make sure you ask if they are receiving regular supervision.

And coaches make sure you are getting regular supervision.

Nature wants to create itself forward and it wants to do it through us ~ And so we are called to do the inner work. Through the process of aligning, shedding and renewal we can participate with creation through the cyclical rhythms of our own life.

In a time of emergence and stepping into the new and having greeted the new year with new inspirations, we start to move out of the incubation of winter, calling ourselves to more life and vitality.

Both Yolanda and I carry love for the celtic lands we grew up in, and with that the celtic festival of light; Imbolc, offers the opportunity to for us all to rise out of the winter slumber and bring forth the seeds of our dreamings.

Straddling between and bridging worlds ~ part of my life I am deeply immersed in the spiritual realms to then bring its teachings back to the other part of my life - in these earthly realms, making healing work accessible to those in the mainstream, where change is needed most.

Lately, (apart from deeply feeling the world) I've been deeply involved with working with neurodivergent leaders, helping them to unmask and come into awareness of their truth and to navigate the absurdity of this world. I find it fascinating that they tend to hold strong values of integrity, which is why (amongst other reasons) their internal guidance systems react to being wedged and suppressed into misaligned neurotypical conformity of the ruling masses.

The change process is slow, but it's on its way as we un-weave and re-weave parts of our own corners meticulously.

Holding a strong vision for a new generation of leaders to make their way through in this time of denial and destruction.

Bridging worlds and adding diversity ~ I've just been offered a bursary to train formally as a Celebrant with the Celebrants Collective, with their aim of diversifying the profession and bringing the skills, qualities and of course the culture of women of colour to the wider population.

I find with more people asking me to initiate weddings, births, and rites of passages, and as I continue to align to that which is of me, life unfolds in its most natural of ways enabling me to be met by that which is for me.

So, whilst I've conducted a number of ceremonies, I'm excited to step deeper into this space, and as my name continues to remind; to bridge worlds, I look forward to supporting the wider human family bridge their transitions into new life cycles with meaning and purpose and step into new roles with reverence, wholeness and integrity.

As an appreciator of cultural traditions and reverence for sacred principles, it's in good timing to offer new seeds into the thawing soils of spring as we enter into the Chinese year of the Wood Dragon 🐲✨️

Slowly emerging from the hibernation of winter and greeted by the vibrant archetype embodied by the Wood Dragon, this celestial creature ushers in a time of purpose and sovereignty, inviting us to harness our inner fire and pursue divine callings.

Having been gifted a sabbatical by the universe, I find myself emerging from a period of deep incubation, and to have had the space to feel into the pain of the world with its broken leadership - of course all with perfect purpose and divine timing. With over a decade of working in developing leaders in the corporate world, and in parallel, diving deep into over a decade of healing work, I'm called to start to connect both of my worlds.

In the corporate realm, I birth - Infinity Leadership - supporting conscious leadership development and providing Super-Vision to professional (note not self proclaimed) coaches to master their craft and cascade regenerative growth into the world.

With this, I'll be incorporating sound healing into leadership retreats, empowering transformation and mindfulness excellence among the workforce. I'm already super excited about working with neuro-divergent leaders and developing latent superpowers that go unrecognised by society.

On the therapeutic side, all my healing work will also fall under my 'Infinity' umbrella as Infinity Codes. Here, I'll continue my alternative therapy, healing and ceremonial offerings, guiding people on their journey to wellness and wholeness.

Sitting with Parts ~ I seem to be doing a lot of parts therapy with clients atm from a wider approach known as Internal Family Systems.

To do this well, as healers, therapists and coaches, it's imperative that we keep ourselves clear and sit with our own parts and notice how they show up for us.

In doing this, I've been sitting with my own beliefs that, in turn, form multiple parts that construct my internal system.

Our beliefs, collected over time through genetic inheritance, family influences, childhood experiences, social and cultural norms, past lifetimes, even the collective unconscious; accumulate over time, becoming unnoticed thought-forms and agreements that then birth our reality and set us up for success or failure.

Our encounters with the outer world are a reflection of our inner reality. Our body's intelligence is constantly sending and receiving information - your cells listen to your every thought and send out that exact signal attracting a range of synchronistic situations and opportunities.

Get to know your parts, your core beliefs, both in shadow and light, and replace the old outdated internal programming with new interpretations in line with who you truly are.

Similarly, humanity creates the world at large by way of unconscious beliefs that form mass agreements. We are more creative than we realise. We exist in an infinite web of information that is constantly exchanged on a cellular level. This is why you encounter the very thing you think about. Check in with yourself, be the conscious creator, for yourself and the wider world.

My Story

With 13 years in private practice, my therapeutic and healing practices are grounded in shamanic and psycho-spiritual processes. My training ranges extensively across western clinical methods to a number of ancient healing systems, with my shamanic work rooted in the Peruvian Q'ero Lineage.

Runa means 'to bridge worlds' and my approach to therapeutic healing is to bridge ancient cross-cultural healing practices with the modern world. Alongside this, I am a professionally qualified coach providing talent management and leadership development to the NHS.

Whilst beyond this, on a personal and professional level my practices are nurtured through my own personal growth in discovering and reaching through my own boundaries, bringing with me a deeper wisdom and enabling me to live any ordinary day more vividly, authentically and fully embodied.

My work is intuitive, compassionate and integrative, working on the cognitive level alongside metaphysical states. With a person centred focus, I connect with you as a unique being whose experiences and conditions are specific to you. This leads the way to establishing the most appropriate methods to resolution of your issues and will usually encompass a combination of modalities along with the many tools I have acquired along my journey.
