The key to unlocking a fulfilling life is to ensure you’re actively living the truth of your heart.

A soul led life does not always make sense. It doesn’t have to, but it does have to feel aligned, and it will feel aligned when you actively show up for yourself and for others.

What you choose today may not have an instant impact, but in time, energy builds. Choices we made 10 years ago can still be showing up today, but they can only have an impact if the underlying energy has been released, for example, guilt, resentment, shame or blame.

Being true to your heart often means honouring how you’re feeling, and being truly honest about it. The next step is to bridge the gaps between where you have been, where you are and where you want to be.

A short guided meditation to bring balance and alignment 💛

We’ve teamed up with to deliver our Meditation for Emotional Regulation workshop.

Spend 90 minutes settling into yourself, connecting with your inner world through the use of journal prompts and guided meditation to bring you into the present moment, engaging with your thought processes and feelings leading to emotional regulation.

Feel free to share your experience of the session amongst the group, or have some quiet personal reflective time.

An aroma of Himalayan Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang and Orange & Mandarine oils will fill the air through your experience.

Sessions will be held weekly on a Monday at 11am at the Southwark Resource Centre, SE17 by pre booking only.

Sometimes there is frustration in not being able to decode what is happening, which is where we come in.

Placing understanding helps with acceptance, which can be the very start of the release of a heavy load.

Why it’s important to affirm yourself, especially aloud if you are in a safe place to be able to do so. Even a whisper can change your coarse.

Begin a day with “I will”, and “I am”. End the day calling back your energy, gathering your thought process and setting intentions for the next day if you have the capacity to do so.
