121kg down to 97kg in 6 months.
My client Jonathon has achieved unbelievably results and changed his complete mindset to reach his goals.
-He walks 10000k plus steps a day
-Does 3 resistance sessions a week
-Does cardio after each weights sessions
-Changes his resistance plan every 6 weeks
-Intermittent fasts 16/8
-Creatine and Himalayan Sea salt upon waking up
There was no quick fix diet plan for Jonathon in terms of the food he consumes, I told him to eat foods with the least amount of ingredients in and listen to when your body is telling you its full. If you don’t feel hungry don’t eat, plus always eat protein at every meal. No fake protein shakes and pre work out rubbish as they don’t work, these actually typically cause weight gain.
The above combined has worked extremely well for him.
