What a special time we with our students in London for our knowledge course last weekend.

Two days of in-depth study looking at how Vedic wisdom applies to our modern lives; there were fascinating discussions, lots of laughs, and many penny-drop moments.

We were impressed by everyone’s openness, curiosity and engagement in the learning. It was a privilege to be part of such a nourishing and joyful experience.

We loved seeing so many of you last week for our in-person Group Meditation in London.

We had great questions, lots of laughter and enjoyed the group effect of meditating together.

Vic said: “There’s something really special about meditating in a group. It was worth the 2 hour drive!”
