A fabulous evening at the 14th Annual Dinner of the British Indian Business Forum on Friday at Goosedale.

It’s always a special night celebrating the strength, success and unity of the British Indian business community - with just the right balance of inspiration, connection… and a little sparkle ✨

Our host, the brilliant Tommy Sandhu, guided us through the evening with warmth and humour (no small task with a room full of lively entrepreneurs!).

Headline sponsors Porsche Centre Nottingham brought a flash of pizazz - and from the looks of it - were just as happy on the dance floor as they were showcasing their cars.

My second year hosting a table, and once again it was a privilege to be surrounded by an inspiring powerhouse of women - mentors, leaders and business owners who remind me how important it is to lift as we climb.

Huge thanks to Dom Hayer and the Goosedale team for such a beautifully organised evening.

Great company, meaningful conversations… and yes, some enthusiastic dancing.

Last week, I had the pleasure of delivering my Breathwork for Professionals session to the 36@6 networking group at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground - kindly invited by Fiona Duncan-Steer of the RSViP Business Network.

I arrived early to make the most of a valuable hour connecting with local businesses before guiding the group through a grounding breathwork practice.

For the cricket lovers among us, we also enjoyed an insightful update from Simon Fotheringham on the Cricket Pavilion development - and had the privilege of seeing the County trophy up close.

For over 20 years, we’ve been training holistic therapists.

Our founder and teacher, Sunita, has also run her own clinic since 2003 - so it’s fair to say she’s heard many stories, navigated many lessons, and learnt what it truly takes to grow a sustainable independent practice.

Very soon, we’ll be launching the Tri-Dosha | Business Growth Programme for holistic therapists - a 10-module online course bringing together practical tools, real-world wisdom and personal mentorship, designed to support you in building your practice with clarity and confidence, in your own time.

We’ve just wrapped up a truly beautiful 2-day Sound Therapy Training at Tri-Dosha Academy, guided by the wonderful Carly Chamberlain.

First of all, thank you to everyone who participated and brought such openness, presence, and care to this experience. It was a joy to share these days with such a grounded and generous group. 🤍

Across two immersive days, practitioners from massage, yoga, and energy work came together to explore how sound and vibration can calm the nervous system, restore balance, and invite deep rest. We worked with singing bowls, frequency, and — just as importantly — how to hold space safely, intuitively, and with confidence, both for clients and for ourselves.

What we love most about sound therapy is its accessibility. It doesn’t require force — it invites listening, presence, and softness. The feedback from this group has been deeply moving, with many leaving feeling grounded, empowered, and ready to integrate sound into their existing practice.

Carly has been part of the Tri-Dosha journey for many years, which makes this collaboration especially meaningful. We’ll be sharing new Sound Therapy dates after the summer, keeping groups small and intimate for true hands-on learning.
