A New Evolution in Ayurvedic Training

For many therapists and wellbeing practitioners, there comes a point when familiar techniques no longer feel enough. Clients are presenting with deeper patterns — stress held in the body, emotional overwhelm, chronic fatigue, and a sense of “stuckness” — that aren’t fully resolved through massage, coaching, or talk-based therapies alone.

In response, practitioners are increasingly seeking training that bridges both the physical and energetic dimensions of healing. This is why Tri-Dosha has launched its Diploma in Integrated Energy Therapy — a one-year professional training grounded in Ayurveda for those ready to work at a deeper, more transformative level.

Why Integrated Energy Therapy — and why now?

For over 20 years, I’ve trained therapists, healers, and clinicians across the UK and Europe. What I’ve consistently seen is a desire for an approach that integrates the whole person — body, energy, psyche, and story — without becoming overly complex or inaccessible.

Many practitioners feel limited by their current tools. They can ease muscular tension, but not the emotional load beneath it. They can guide clients verbally, yet struggle to shift energetic patterns held in the body. Some experience burnout from holding space without clear frameworks for grounding, protection, or energetic hygiene.

The Integrated Energy Therapy Diploma was created to meet these needs. While the programme offers clear structure — twelve months, modular learning, case studies, and live supervision — its true focus is transformation, for both practitioner and client.
