This young patient came to us, embarrassed of crookedness of her teeth and how far forward the teeth were. The only way we could treat this was to remove four premolar teeth to create space. Now her teeth are beautifully aligned and flatter and she was delighted with the results.

This case really shows the power of teen orthodontics. This young patient came to us with protruding top teeth and gaps. We modified the growth of his lower jaw and enhanced it during his teen year, in order to get the bite corrected. Once the bite was corrected, we closed the gaps with fixed braces, leading to this dramatic difference!
