There are lots of possible symptoms of MS. Everyone with this condition is affected differently.

We are continuing to offer a range of appointment types to suit your needs 💙

However, we are seeing a high number of missed appointments 🚨

❗ 122 appointments were missed last month
⏳ That’s 26 hours of care lost

When an appointment is not attended and not cancelled, that time cannot be used for another patient who needs care.

Patients who miss 3 or more appointments in a rolling 12-month period may be removed from our practice list.

Please help us by:
✔ attending your appointment on time
✔ cancelling with at least one hour’s notice if you cannot attend

You can cancel easily:
✔ via your NHS account (NHS App or website)
✔ by replying CANCEL to your appointment reminder text

Cancelling early allows us to offer appointments to others and helps keep waiting times down for everyone.

NHS bowel cancer screening kits are offered to everyone aged between 50 and 74.

They can help find cancer early, before you even have any symptoms. And the earlier cancer is found, the easier it can be to treat.

When your kit arrives, put it by the loo. Don’t put it off.

Let someone else know they should send their kit back – especially as April is Bowel Cancer Awareness month.
