My fav video from 2025 - and probably the one I’m most proud of. 🧡🧡🧡 A 4 country Roadshow in London, Dublin, Amsterdam and Berlin. WOOOW 😍 We did to relax the mind & body and to relieve stress. did an inspiring talk on “Beating the Winter Blues” - mentioning the fact, this was in December. :)

Blue Monday gets labelled as the “most depressing day of the year”, but really, it’s just a reminder that January can feel heavy.

Instead of forcing positivity, try this today:
- Lower the bar - getting through the day is enough
- Take one proper pause - a few deep breaths, a stretch, or a short walk

Blue Monday doesn’t need fixing, it needs softening.

Holidays’ around the corner and we're here to remind you that it doesn’t have to be busy or perfectly planned.

It can be filled with slow mornings, getting outside just to clear your head, and spending time in ways that feel easy. Maybe that’s long meals, good conversations, or a bit of a quiet time to yourself. Maybe it’s doing very little at all, like lying on your couch all day watching feel-good Christmas movies - and that’s okay.

However you choose to spend these days, we hope they give you the chance to properly rest, switch off, and ease into the new year feeling a little lighter.

And thank you, truly, for being part of the Treat Your Staff community. We’re really glad you’re here and grateful to share this space with you.

It’s that time of year when the uglier the jumper, the bigger the smile. During the month of December we’re turning the office into a runway of reindeer-printed sweaters, twinkly lights, and questionable fashion choices. But this year, we’re doing more than only laughing at rogue pom-poms … we’re also caring for our wellbeing.

Because while you’re sipping cocoa in the office and catching up on deadlines, it’s easy for wellbeing to slip to the bottom of the list. But you deserve to feel good inside too.

That’s why we’re releasing a brand-new blog all about taking care of yourself during the holiday season — simple, realistic ways to stay energised, balanced and kind to yourself amidst the chaos.

To every man reading this: your health, your voice, and your story matter.
And we know it’s not always easy to talk about how you feel. Many men were raised to stay strong, hold it together, and keep emotions to themselves, so opening up can feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable.

But your feelings don’t take away your strength. They’re part of being human. And carrying everything on your own can be exhausting.

This International Men’s Day, we also want to highlight something important for workplaces: men need safe spaces too.
Spaces where it’s okay to be honest, to show emotion, and to ask for support without feeling judged. When a workplace creates that kind of environment, everyone benefits, because real wellbeing starts with people feeling safe to be themselves.

Week is here, and this year’s theme, Mind & Body, is your reminder to slow down and take care of the whole you.

Self-care doesn’t have to be big or fancy. Sometimes it’s these tiny, almost-too-simple habits that help you breathe a bit deeper, think a bit clearer, and feel a bit more like yourself again.

This week, try one small reset each day — a minute without your screen, a glass of water before your brain begs for it, a moment of stillness before the world rushes in.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s awareness. It’s kindness. It’s choosing yourself in the middle of your busy day.

Because when your mind and body feel supported, everything else feels a little lighter.
