Another Dreamy Retreat complete. 🥹🙏 16 wonderful yogis joined me in Thailand for our Soul Balm Retreat, and what a fabulous time we had. 🏝️

From silent mornings to tropical island vibes to boat tripping to giant buddhas to sweaty hikes to beach cocktails to new moon ceremonies to singing around the fire. 🔥

There is so much magic in getting out of the daily grind and immersing yourself in powerful practices, abundant nature, nourishing food and a supportive group. ✨

…in gifting yourself the time and space to simply be. 🙏

Huge thank you to for letting us use your beautiful space, for taking such good care of our guests and feeding us so well. ☺️
