Full moon eclipse magic 🌕✨😍

This was really one of those “you had to be there” moments on our last Ibiza retreat… it’s hard to understand how special it was from the photos and videos. 🥹

We started with a full moon cacao ceremony, setting our intentions for manifestation with a little fire ritual and honouring the total lunar eclipse energy. ✨🔥

Then we progressed into ecstatic dance under the stars, releasing energetic blockages through movement and allowing the music to take over our bodies - all guided by an epic sound journey by our DJ 💃 🎶

At first we couldn’t actually see the moon because of cloud cover… but eventually she came out in all her glory, shining over us. 🙌

Her appearance (mixed with the cacao 🍫🤪) brought so much euphoria that we all spontaneously jumped into the pool fully clothed and continued the party in there 😄💦

Eclipses are spiritually significant because they are harbingers of change… they represent a time for letting go, clearing space for the new and, ultimately, transformation. 🦋

We have the final eclipse of the year tomorrow… a partial solar eclipse this time. 🌞

THE END OF AN ERA. ✨ I recently moved out of and sold my London flat, after 13 years.

Although I spent a lot of that time travelling to and living in different countries, I always loved coming back to London as my safe space. 🙏

It is truly the best city in the world, full of wonderful people and an energy that can’t be matched. I will be forever grateful for my time there and everything it gave me.✨

I leave with a mixture of sadness and FOMO but also HUGE excitement for the next chapter. 🙏

As summer draws to a close, I am following my heart’s call… and I can’t wait to share with you what’s coming next. 🥹
