I’ve been using this affirmation a lot recently. I find it really helps when I’m feeling rushed off my feet, constantly striving to get the next thing done and barely even noticing where I am or how I feel. 🙏
Just a few moments of stillness and repeating these words (either out loud or in your head) can bring you back into a feeling of presence and gratitude for being alive. ✨
It reminds me of the yogic principle of “Santosha” - finding contentment in the present moment no matter what it contains. (Not always possible, for sure, but we do our best when we can.)
