I was so happy to be asked to contribute to ’ article in yesterday all about my favourite FIBRE!

🥬 did you know, fibre is like a secret weapon for feeling your best?

It doesn’t just support digestion- it can boost energy, support clearer skins, help you lose weight and even improve mood!

A few easy ways to up your fibre game:
* Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to your morning yoghurt
* Keep the skins on fruits and veggies (yes, I eat the skin on a 🥝)

Thrilled to have contributed to this article in The Daily Telegraph all about how to retrain your palate after December indulgences.

This is right up my street, and where I find myself starting with most of my clients when they initially come to see me.

Good news is, it’s not about restriction and abstinence, but about increasing nutritious foods, focussing on protein, good fats and fibre, and making sure what you’re eating tastes nice!
