I was so happy to be asked to contribute to ’ article in yesterday all about my favourite FIBRE!

🥬 did you know, fibre is like a secret weapon for feeling your best?

It doesn’t just support digestion- it can boost energy, support clearer skins, help you lose weight and even improve mood!

A few easy ways to up your fibre game:
* Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to your morning yoghurt
* Keep the skins on fruits and veggies (yes, I eat the skin on a 🥝)
* cook, cool and reheat starchy carbs like rice, potatoes and pasta

I love helping clients make these small changes and seeing big results!

Thrilled to have contributed to this article in The Daily Telegraph all about how to retrain your palate after December indulgences.

This is right up my street, and where I find myself starting with most of my clients when they initially come to see me.

Good news is, it’s not about restriction and abstinence, but about increasing nutritious foods, focussing on protein, good fats and fibre, and making sure what you’re eating tastes nice!

Get in touch if you’d like some support over the coming weeks, I’d love to help…

Happy New Year! Wishing you all a happy and healthy 2024.

Delighted to have started my new year being quoted in The Times and The Sunday Times talking about some easy habits to make around meal timings.

Don’t stress yourself out about having to totally change who you are and you’re eating habits, but perhaps, if you’re wanting to alter habits, start with playing around with timings first…

You can drink wine and eat carbs — you just have to do it at the right time because when you eat is as important as what you choose. By Antonia Hoyle

And that’s a wrap on my third talk of this week, phew!

Today’s talk was for and delivered online to over 170 delegates. I focussed on ways to support sleep naturally, looking at the importance of sleep on health, ways to increase melatonin and decrease cortisol, and lots of lifestyle interventions that might help support a better sleep.

Plus I got a haircut 😊

I’m ready for a little snooze myself now….

If you work for a company whose staff might like to learn about different ways of supporting health then please get in touch!

Quick snap of my laptop from earlier today when I was just about to present a new talk today. It was for Deloitte, and called ‘Hydration and Health’.
Such a fascinating topic that I’ve never spent enough time researching, I’m so glad I got the chance.
I explained what happens to our body when we’re dehydrated, looking at areas like blood pressure, joint pain, brain fog and digestion. Simple tests to see if you need to drink more, and then what to drink (and phew, coffee is fine!!!), and not forgetting hydrating foods!

It was a really engaged audience with lots of great questions, and hopefully I’ve inspired lots of people to drink more water!

This is the first of three different corporate talks this week! Loving it 😍

Happy to be (almost) the voice of reason when it comes to Prime Hydration.
Scroll to the end to hear my thoughts on the stuff! Thanks Daily Mail for including me (I think!)

Prime Hydration - to give it its full name - has fuelled a sales rampage among schoolboys, and parents desperate to placate them. Of all the children's trends to take off, Prime is perhaps the most unlikely.
