My planking challenge in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital, where I used to volunteer, started today 🥳

Well I'm already a regular planker (my yoga students will attest to that), so why not make it count.

This fundraising will help research into life-changing treatments, state-of-the-art life-saving technology, vital patient family support services and wellbeing services for GOSH’s superhero staff.

Every £6 raised could fund lunch for low-income carers and parents of inpatients at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

New York yoga classes: I was hoping to be blown away…and I very nearly was. Loud rock music, none of the teachers ever said hello or asked if I had any injuries…and at $30 a pop for modified ashtanga masquerading as vinyasa flow, I was underwhelmed.
I missed my own classes.
Come play with me tomorrow, I’m only back for two weeks…
