I’ve had one of the best starts so far, I’ve spent it in Tobago with my family and my book is out in less than a month, on 1st February!!! 😱😬🎉
Also seeing book feature in TWO articles by the wonderful is just amazing ✨🤩

Not sure about you, but my timeline is full of s**t rn about detoxing, dieting, gut cleansing etc. 😴⛔️😒 It’s the Wild Wild West out ‘ere but it really doesn’t have to be. Mute it and unfollow if you need to. “NEW YEAR, NEW ME” is not a flex.
In fact, my book has a huge chapter debunking gut health myths, many of which you will be seeing now. It took me months of research and and I really enjoyed writing it (once it was done obvs, during I hated it a bit 😂).
I cover: Intolerance tests, colonic cleanses, ACV, debloat supplements, juice cleanses, bone broth PLUS much moreeeee.
If this year you do want to work on your gut health that’s wonderful but please remember it should not be about restricting ‼️
More is more ‼️
Focus needs to be on increasing plants, more diversity, more fibre, more polyphenols (colourful fruit and veg), more foods containing live cultures (probiotics) and prebiotics‼️
My book explains the power that all of these have on your gut and why. Along with a plan on how to achieve it‼️
To add: If you are wanting to make any improvements to your overall health this year, which may relate to nutrition, exercise or mindset. Please remember it should always be for YOU and nobody else.
