The Healing InSight Method uses ancient energy principles like qigong, muscle testing and the infinity symbol to help you to align with and ground your new beliefs. Visualisation then helps you on your way to manifesting your new reality, with your new belief system in place and the possibilities that can occur as a result.

Therapists work on themselves first. Here, top on pink, I have created my latest Affirmations to lead me through the resistance I'm feeling.
On green, I did a quick Healing Insight Method™️ check-in on myself, (advanced method, for general life issue), and discovered that the Priority Beliefs that are best for me to align with at this time are in the Heart Chakra 💚 This I discovered by getting into Wuji, or emptiness, and muscle testing my body (the sway test.)
I'm thinking of trialling 15-min quick fix priority belief discovery sessions, using the Healing Insight Method ™️. Do get in touch if you'd like to give it a go✨
