🧡In this episode, we speak with our inspiring register member, Vikas Pandey. Vikas is a consultant in emergency and vascular surgery based in Watford general, a Royal College of Surgeons tutor and wellbeing champion, and runs his own private practice in Harley Steet, London.

💙Vikas has trained with the British School of Meditation to become an externally accredited meditation teacher and has been delivering meditation sessions within his role in healthcare for a number of years.
