Most athletes train strength, speed and endurance. But your breathing can be the hidden factor that makes or breaks performance.
Train smarter with your breath:
💨 Keep your mouth closed and breathe through your nose. This boosts oxygen efficiency and keeps you calm under pressure.
💨 Before training, slow your breathing. Your body will release tension and your mind will sharpen.
💨 Between sets, use slow breaths to speed recovery so you can hit the next round with more power.
