I am so impressed and grateful for the care given and the patience and kindness of the staff here at University Lewisham Hospital. Witnessing the way the staff work together as a family and continually try to do their best for the patients is an inspiration. The NHS does an incredible job on such a low budget! Well done and thank you.

Fantastic flavourful fridge forage last night. Creamy polenta, butternut squash roasted with zaatar, garlic and olive oil. Topped with fine beans, nigella seeds, pickled chilli and tahini coconut yogurt spiked with lemon juice and cumin. Lots going on but delicious, satisfying and vegan!
